Your mission:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can optimize our online presence and strengthen our visibility, especially on our website and social channels. You will apply the content strategy defined by the managers while being a source of proposals to improve it. This position offers great autonomy and has a direct impact on our growth.
Main responsibilities:
- Execute the SEO strategy put in place by managers
- Give feedback on the strategy put in place over time in order to be able to iterate on the strategy
- LinkedIn audience growth: Design powerful campaigns to develop the LinkedIn DeSurfy community, create viral content, and promote engagement.
- Premium content optimization: Write, optimize, and propel quality content, ranging from blog posts to engaging LinkedIn posts.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent Surfy's expertise on the web by exploring innovative growth drivers such as specialized forums and strategic LinkedIn groups.
- Analytical & data-driven expertise: Deploy advanced tools to assess SEO performance, adjust campaigns continuously and ensure accurate reporting of the impact of actions taken.
- Optimized conversion funnel: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align content at key stages of the customer journey, generate qualified leads, and maximize conversions.
What we expect from you:
A person who can demonstrate the impact of their work with quantifiable results and concrete examples. We value cases where you have contributed to the improvement of SEO indicators such as increased organic traffic, improved keyword positioning, or increased engagement. What's important to us is to see how you've generated measurable results.
Profile sought:
- Education: Bac +5 in digital marketing, communication or equivalent field (not qualifying).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience with measurable results in SEO, preferably in a SaaS and B2B environment.
- Language skills: English level C1.
Technical skills:
- Mastery of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Webflow, etc.).
- Good knowledge of SEO techniques (markup, crawl, indexing, page speed optimization).
- Skills in HTML, CSS or JavaScript are a plus.
- Personal qualities: Creative, strategic, autonomous, with an excellent spirit of collaboration.

Working conditions:
Contract: CDI in person with the possibility of teleworking after the trial period.

- A fixed salary with an annual gross of 38,000 euros.
- Your variables are 8,000 euros gross annually according to the objectives that we are going to define together.
